1. Services Provided

1.1 Scope of Services
Rich Kustomz offers shoe cleaning, restoration, and care services, including:
• Full cleaning of uppers, midsoles, soles, and laces as standard.
• Hand cleaning of all materials, including (but not limited to):
• Leather
• Suede
• Nubuck
• Mesh
• Flyknit
• Canvas
• Use of industry-leading, eco-friendly specialist products.

Detailed service descriptions are available on our website or upon request.

1.2 Footwear Condition
• All footwear will be photographed before cleaning. Any pre-existing damage will be documented.
• Rich Kustomz takes the utmost care in providing its services. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:
• Colour fading, running, or discolouration.
• Shape loss or crease formation.

1.3 Cleaning Limitations
• Deep-set stains may remain slightly visible after cleaning. For best results, use our services promptly before stains have time to set into the material.

1.4 Repairs
• Minor repairs are available. Major repairs (e.g., large rips or serious scuffs) may sometimes be possible, but this must be discussed prior to booking. Additional costs may apply.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 How to Book
Bookings can be made through:
• Our website
• Phone (WhatsApp)
• Instagram messaging

2.2 Payment Terms
• Full payment is required upfront.
• Additional work will only be carried out with the customer’s prior authorization.
• Accepted payment methods include:
• Website payment
• Bank transfer
• Cash

3. Liability and Insurance

3.1 Personal Belongings
• Customers are responsible for ensuring no personal belongings (e.g., cash, jewellery) are left in footwear. Rich Kustomz will not be held liable for any lost items.

3.2 Inspection and Reporting Issues
• Customers will receive before-and-after photographs for inspection. Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the service and waives claims of dissatisfaction or damage.

3.3 Compensation for Damage
• In cases of proven negligence by Rich Kustomz, compensation will not exceed three (3) times the agreed cleaning fee.

3.4 No Retroactive Claims
• Rich Kustomz will not issue compensation for previously completed services or issues unrelated to our service.

3.5 Insurance
• Rich Kustomz is covered by Public Liability Insurance through AXA UK Business Insurance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Ensure items are free of hazardous materials.
4.2 Disclose the accurate condition of items prior to drop-off or delivery.
4.3 Properly package items for delivery and arrange insurance if needed.
4.4 Collect items within 10 working days if collection is the agreed return method.

5. Postal Services

5.1 Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of delivery to Rich Kustomz.
5.2 Rich Kustomz assumes no liability for items in transit to our premises. Any disputes must be addressed with the courier service directly.
5.3 Items will be returned using a tracked and signed-for service (Royal Mail or Evri), paid for by Rich Kustomz.

6. Right to Refuse

Rich Kustomz reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion, including but not limited to:
• Items deemed hazardous.
• Inappropriate behavior from customers.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
• Data will be used solely for providing our services.

8. Changes to Terms

Rich Kustomz reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
